What we collect
Information you give us directly: when you submit a quotation or showroom-visit form we collect the details you enter (name, phone, email, project information) together with the page you were on and, where available, the campaign that brought you to the site (UTM parameters). This is delivered to our sales team and stored in our customer-management system so we can respond to your request.
Information collected automatically: we use measurement and advertising tools that collect usage data (pages viewed, actions such as tapping our WhatsApp or phone links, approximate location, device and browser information) via cookies and similar technologies.
Tools we use
Tags on this site are managed through Google Tag Manager and may include: Google Analytics 4 (site measurement), Microsoft Clarity (usage analysis such as heatmaps, with form inputs masked), and advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn, used to measure our campaigns and reach relevant audiences.
Advertising pixels are active by default. You can opt out at any time — via the cookie notice shown on your first visit, or the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page. Opting out stops advertising pixels on this device; basic, aggregate site measurement still runs.

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and we never sell personal data.
Messaging and calls
If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, that conversation is governed by the respective service’s own terms (e.g. WhatsApp/Meta). The message text prefilled by our WhatsApp buttons only names the product or page you were viewing, so our team knows what you are asking about.
